Shipping & Handling Fees Policy:
A _$4.00_ charge will be added to an order of two units or less. However, if an order is made of more than two units the shipping and handling will be free of charge. If next day or 2nd day shipping is requested, there would be a shipping fee added, this option is available upon request.
Shipping Policy:
Orders to domestic U.S. addresses will be shipped via UPS Ground. Unless otherwise indicated, all products are in stock and your order will usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days from the receiving of your order.
Backorder Policy:
When this occurs, we will make every attempt to determine the next availability of the product and if the product will not be available within 48 hours of the received of your order. We will send the items that are in-stock and we will contact you to ask you if you are willing to wait for those products to be available or would prefer to receive credit back.
Return & Replacement Policy:
Llorens Pharmaceuticals will replace any products found to be damaged or sent incorrectly upon arrival. To be eligible for a replacement, all damaged products or errors in shipment must be reported to us within 3 business days of the date of the receipt of the package. In order to receive an authorization number, please contact us at 1-866-595-5598 and ask to speak to our Returns Department to discuss replacement or return of any damaged products or shipping errors.
Return & Refund Policy:
Any sealed product, that is still suitable for resale, may be exchanged for another product equal or of lesser value or a credit may be issued to the account with prior authorization from a Llorens Pharmaceuticals Accounts Receivables Department. Please allow at least 24-72 hours from the receipt of your return confirmation for our Accounts Payable Department to issue you a refund check.
